Arcade's Bright Data toolkit enables large-scale web scraping, crawling, and structured data extraction across major platforms without bot-blocking interference.

Capabilities

  • Structured extraction from 18+ predefined source types spanning e-commerce (Amazon products/reviews), professional networks (LinkedIn profiles, ZoomInfo companies), social media (Instagram, Facebook, X), real estate (Zillow), travel (Booking.com hotels), and video (YouTube).
  • Full-page scraping of any arbitrary URL, returning cleaned Markdown content suitable for downstream processing.
  • Multi-engine web search via Google, Bing, or Yandex with controls for result count, search type (web/images), and country targeting.

Secrets

  • BRIGHTDATA_API_KEY — Your Bright Data account API key. Obtain it from the Bright Data dashboard under Account Settings → API Token. Requires an active Bright Data account; free trial accounts are available. See Bright Data API documentation for details on generating and managing tokens.

  • BRIGHTDATA_ZONE — The name of the Bright Data proxy/scraping zone to route requests through (e.g., residential, datacenter, or a custom zone name). Zones are created and managed in the Bright Data dashboard under Proxies & Scraping Infrastructure. The zone name must exactly match one configured in your account.

Store both secrets in Arcade before using the toolkit: https://docs.arcade.dev/en/guides/create-tools/tool-basics/create-tool-secrets. You can also manage them directly at https://api.arcade.dev/dashboard/auth/secrets.
