PagerDuty Toolkit

The Arcade PagerDuty toolkit lets LLMs interact with PagerDuty to read, triage, and manage incidents, on-call schedules, teams, and services via the PagerDuty API.

Capabilities

Incident management — list, filter, retrieve, reassign, acknowledge, resolve, and reopen incidents; inspect the full incident activity log (triggers, escalations, acknowledgments, resolutions).
On-call & scheduling — list on-call entries and schedules to surface who is currently on call and when rotations change.
Teams, users & search — list and retrieve teams (with members and linked resources), list and fuzzy-search users by name or email, and look up the authenticated user's own profile.
Services & escalation policies — list and retrieve services and escalation policies by ID or name filter.

OAuth

This toolkit uses OAuth 2.0 with PagerDuty as the identity provider. Arcade handles the OAuth flow automatically. See the Arcade PagerDuty auth provider docs for configuration details.
